We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to develop and expand our cattle-feed business in Rajasthan. The candidate will be responsible for developing the dealer/distributor network, generating sales, maintaining dealer relationships and increasing product penetration among dairy farmers.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage cattle-feed dealers and distributors in the assigned territory.
Identify and appoint new dealers and retailers.
Generate recent business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
Develop relationships with dairy farmers, livestock owners and local dairy networks.
Conduct regular market and village visits to generate product demand.
Promote company products and explain their nutritional benefits to dealers and farmers.
Monitor competitor products, pricing, schemes and market activities.
Ensure regular follow-up with dealers and support them in increasing secondary sales.
Collect market feedback regarding product performance, pricing and customer requirements.
Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and continuously expand the customer base.
Submit regular sales, market and competitor reports to the reporting manager.
Travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Candidate Requirements
2 years of experience in cattle feed / dairy feed / animal nutrition sales preferred.
Candidates with experience in cattle-feed dealer and distributor networks will be given priority.
Good knowledge of the local market and dairy-farming ecosystem.
Existing relationships with cattle-feed dealers/farmers will be an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation and sales skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
