KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Business

Delivery & Market Ownership

- Drive volume and value targets across all NCR markets

- Ensure balanced growth: base range + premium products (specification-led products)

- Monitor secondary movement through dealers and fabricator networks

- Strengthen market share against competition in each micro-market

2. Team Leadership & Productivity

- Lead, guide and closely monitor 4 Sales Executives (frontliners)

- Drive daily discipline: reporting, pipeline tracking, conversion focus

- Conduct regular market visits jointly with SEs

- Build accountability and ownership across the team

- Identify performance gaps and implement quick corrective actions

3. Specification & Architect Engagement

- Develop and strengthen architect and consultant network across NCR

- Ensure consistent specification generation for premium products

- Guide team on pitching,



product positioning and closing strategy

- Personally handle key accounts, large projects and critical influencers

4.

Channel

Management

- Strengthen relationships with dealers and fabricators (core business drivers)

- Ensure alignment between dealerfabricator–end customer for conversion

- Drive recent channel onboarding in underpenetrated pockets

- Maintain pricing discipline and control market hygiene

5.

Execution

Excellence

- Ensure timely billing order tracking and coordination with supply chain

- Monitor pending orders (execution stage) and ensure smooth closures

- Drive scheme implementation and visibility in the market

- Maintain strong control on receivables and market discipline
