With over 1600+ completed projects , we specialize in delivering functional, sustainable, and aesthetically compelling architectural solutions across residential, commercial, institutional, and civic sectors. /n /n Position Overview /n We are looking for an experienced Architecture Team Leader to lead projects from client briefing to design, approvals, execution and completion. /n /n Key Responsibilities /n · Understand client requirements, project scope, area, budget and timelines. /n · Lead concept design, detailed design, presentations, plans, sections and elevations . /n · Ensure compliance with building bye-laws, statutory requirements and approval procedures . /n · Coordinate and manage structural, MEP, fire, plumbing, interior and other consultants . /n · Guide the architectural team in preparing municipal approval and working drawings . /n · Coordinate architectural, structural and MEP drawings and resolve design/technical issues. /n · Review elevations, façade, interior, finishes, materials, specifications and BOQs . /n · Plan and coordinate locations of STP, tanks, electrical substation, meters and other services . /n · Lead client meetings, consultant reviews, site visits and project progress reviews. /n · Supervise and monitor site execution to ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and project timelines. /n · Prepare MOM, project reports,



schedules and maintain project documentation . /n · Prepare and maintain progress reports for every individual working under the Architecture Team Leader , including assigned responsibilities, deliverables, performance and pending tasks. /n · Monitor project timelines, deliverables, manpower and overall team coordination. /n · Monitor team attendance, leaves, late coming, work schedules and other day-to-day discipline and administrative matters for all team members. /n · Allocate work among team members and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. /n · Identify performance gaps, provide guidance and ensure accountability within the team. /n · Coordinate completion certificates, stage-wise documentation and project handover . /n · Support commercial coordination and follow-up for project payments. /n Requirements /n · Degree/Diploma in Architecture with relevant qualified experience. /n · Strong knowledge of architectural design, working drawings, site supervision and statutory approvals . /n · Excellent team leadership, client handling and consultant coordination skills. /n · Ability to manage projects independently from concept to completion . /n · Strong communication, problem-solving and project management skills. /n · Ability to manage and monitor team performance, attendance, leave and day-to-day work discipline . /n · Willingness to undertake regular site visits and supervise project execution . /n /n How to Apply /n If you are a dedicated and experienced professional eager to contribute to the growth of a leading architectural practice and be part of exciting projects, we would love to hear from you. /n Please send your resume (detailed CV highlighting business development achievements) to: /n /n
