ABOUT RAILINGO

Railingo is India's luxury architectural metalwork house - cast brass doors, railings, facades and hardware, made in our own facilities and sold through a growing network of company and franchise showrooms across India. Every showroom runs on the Railingo Control Tower, our own operating system: every lead, order, measurement and installation lives in one place. RESPONSIBILITIES

- Map, meet and onboard architects, interior designers and premium contractors in the territory
- Run studio presentations and showroom evenings; put our samples in their libraries
- Convert relationships into specified projects and referred clients, tracked in the Control Tower
- Own the architect commitment ledger - what was promised, what was delivered
- Coordinate with sales consultants so every referred lead is treated as a VIP




- Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and basic CRM or lead-management tools.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Experience in architect/channel relationship management, business development, sales, or the building/interiors industry will be preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable networking and relationship-building ability.
- Ability to confidently interact with architects, interior designers, contractors, and senior professionals.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Customer-oriented and proactive approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage field visits effectively.
