- Develop architectural concepts, designs, drawings, layouts, and presentations for projects.

- Prepare and review concept drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, 3D visualizations, and detailed working drawings.

- Coordinate with project managers, civil engineers, structural consultants, MEP consultants, interior designers, and contractors.

- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.

- Review architectural drawings and identify design discrepancies or practical execution issues.

- Prepare project specifications, material requirements, and design standards.

- Assist in space planning, renovation, refurbishment, and recent development projects.





- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for materials, finishes, fittings, and design-related requirements.

- Monitor project timelines and support the project team in achieving scheduled milestones.

- Ensure designs comply with relevant building codes, statutory requirements, safety standards, and local regulations.

- Prepare project reports, design presentations, and updates for management.

- Evaluate the quality and suitability of materials used in projects.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
