We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing innovative architectural concepts, preparing drawings and presentations, coordinating with consultants and site teams, and ensuring smooth execution from design to completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural concepts, space planning, and design solutions.
- Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, renders, and presentation sheets.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants.
- Visit project sites for supervision and coordination.
- Prepare working drawings and construction documentation.
- Assist in material selection, detailing, and design development.
- Ensure projects meet client requirements, timelines, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and execution teams.
- Work on residential, commercial, and interior projects.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- 1–5 years of professional experience preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/D5/Enscape,



Photoshop, and MS Office.
- Knowledge of Revit/Rhino/Grasshopper is a plus.
- Strong design sensibility and detailing skills.
- Good communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Preferred Skills
- Understanding of materials, construction techniques, and site execution.
- Strong visualization and conceptual thinking.
- Experience in luxury residential or contemporary architecture projects is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
