About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect who can handle architectural design, planning, and execution-related work. The ideal candidate should have good design knowledge and the ability to coordinate with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings.
- Prepare working drawings and design documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, designers, site teams, and vendors.
- Visit sites to understand requirements and monitor design execution.
- Ensure designs are practical, functional, and aligned with project requirements.
- Prepare and review drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other relevant software.
- Coordinate with the interior design and project execution teams.
- Make necessary design changes based on client and site requirements.
- Maintain accuracy and quality throughout the project.

Requirements




- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
- 2–5 years of relevant architectural experience.
- Solid knowledge of architectural planning and working drawings.
- Good command of AutoCAD and other design software.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Site experience will be an added advantage.
