We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to design functional, protected, and attractive buildings and structures. You will manage projects from the initial concept stage through to construction completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Design & Planning: Create conceptual designs, floor plans, and 3D models that match client needs, budgets, and local building codes.

- Documentation: Produce detailed blueprints, construction documents, and project specifications using CAD or BIM software.

- Coordination: Work with engineers, contractors, and other building professionals to integrate structural, electrical, and mechanical systems.

- Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure the build follows the approved design.

- Client Communication:



Meet with clients to discuss project requirements, present proposals, and resolve any issues.

Requirements & Skills

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or B.Tech Civil

- Experience: Proven work experience as an architect (specify number of years needed, e.g., 1 year).

- Software Skills: Strong proficiency in design tools like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar programs.

- Knowledge: Understanding of local zoning laws, building codes, and safety regulations.

- Communication: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
