ARCHITECT

Location: Churchgate, Mumbai

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect with a proven track record in commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments. Exposure to smart city or slum rehab projects will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, documentation, and execution of multiple high-quality projects
- Prepare working drawings and execution plans per management directives
- Liaise with consultants (Structural, MEP, Landscape, Interior)
- Ensure compliance with municipal norms and local laws
- Conduct feasibility studies and generate project reports
- Attend site visits and provide regular project updates

Candidate requirements

- Bachelor in Architecture with 3-7 years of experience
- Solid communication and design software proficiency (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp)
- Experience in townships, smart cities, or slum redevelopment preferred
- Ability to multitask, manage stakeholders, and meet deadlines

Compensation: Competitive, based on experience
