We cater to Architects, Landscapes Architects, Builders and Developers. We are a unique creative firm with a collective experience of over 25 years in the field.

- Knowledge of Sketch up / Solid Works/or other related software's is preferred.

Scope and responsibilities:
- Design and develop outdoor space layout with special emphasis on outdoor Seating & Benches / Pergola & Shades / Outdoor Play and Sports Fields.
- BOQ preparations, manufacturing drawings, customer service drawings, etc.
- Updating of company’s systems and workflow.

Required qualification, skills and experiences:
- Bachelors/ Masters Degree in Architecture/ B. Design. Any other professional courses in designing will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on experience in drafting, design detailing in 2D-3D modelling with software's like AutoCAD, Sketch up and other rendering software’s.




- Good knowledge and hands on experience of drawing presentation, critical dimensioning, view presentations and parts list preparation.
- Good knowledge of concept design with execution feasibilities.
- Experience in working with multiple discipline projects (Multitasked).
- Must be able to communicate effectively (verbal, written, and presentation skills).
- Experience in making GA layouts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment is essential, with a high degree of flexibility and tolerance of change.

Role and Responsibility: †To be part of a project from start to finish ensuring high quality, creative and functional layout and design.

†Take the brief to identify clients’ needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals †Develop new ideas and Products keeping in mind client’s needs

- Produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections
- Compile product and project specifications
- Make on site visits to check on project status and report on project
- Cooperate and liaise with production and installation professionals
- Follow architectural/ product trends and advancements

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
