Role Description -
This is a full-time, in office Architect role based in Solan. The Architect will be responsible for designing auditorium and multiplex spaces, including interior layouts, acoustics planning, stage configurations, seating arrangements, and integration of technical systems such as lighting, sound, and projection. Daily tasks include developing architectural drawings and 3D concepts, coordinating with engineers and technicians, conducting site visits and assessments, and preparing project documentation in alignment with client requirements and budget.
The role involves collaborating with project managers and vendors,
reviewing construction progress, ensuring compliance with safety and building regulations, and providing design revisions as needed throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience in auditorium, interior, or commercial space projects.
- Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including planning, coordination, scheduling, and stakeholder communication.
- Candidates should possess skills in Integration and basic Software Development related to architectural tools and design workflows (e.g., CAD/BIM integration and software-based design coordination).
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools, and the ability to produce detailed drawings and presentations.
- Knowledge of acoustics, lighting design, building codes, and safety regulations relevant to auditorium and public space projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and quality standards.
- Ability to work on-site in Solan, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and manage multiple projects within defined timelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field; professional licensure or registration is an advantage.
