Designation: AR Caller - International Voice Process

Shift: US Shift / Night Shift

Qualification: Any Graduate

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage Accounts Receivable processes with accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate with the Medical Billing team to ensure timely invoicing and payment collection.
- Follow up on outstanding accounts and support effective payment collection.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and disputes.
- Analyse account-related data and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to Accounts Receivable management.

Job Requirements

- Good English fluency and strong interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in the night shift.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable attention to detail.
