Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for Aptitude Trainers focused on semester training for AP and Tamil Nadu, based in Vijayawada. The trainer will conduct classroom sessions on aptitude topics including quantitative ability, logical reasoning, verbal ability, and exam-oriented problem-solving for college and university students. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, delivering engaging lectures, organizing practice tests, evaluating student performance, and providing constructive feedback to improve outcomes.

The role involves coordinating with academic coordinators, maintaining training schedules, and supporting campus placement activities by aligning aptitude training with competitive exams and recruitment processes.



Trainers are expected to create a positive learning setting, adapt teaching methods to diverse student groups, and contribute to continuous improvement of training materials and methodologies.

Qualifications

- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly and engage diverse student groups.
- Proven experience in training or facilitation, preferably in aptitude, test prep, or campus placement training.
- Teaching experience in higher education or skill development programs, with a focus on quantitative and reasoning subjects.
- Customer service and learner-centric mindset, with patience and the ability to address student queries and concerns effectively.
- Basic sales or promotional skills to support institutional engagement, demo sessions, and training program awareness.
- Solid command of aptitude topics (quantitative, logical, verbal) and familiarity with competitive exam patterns (e.g., campus placements, bank exams, other entrance tests).
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Management is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages (Telugu and/or Tamil) is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Vijayawada, manage multiple batches, and maintain training quality and punctuality.
- Comfort with basic digital tools (PowerPoint, online test platforms) and willingness to update content based on changing exam trends.
