Role & Responsibilities

- To handle outbound & inbound calls to US-based insurance representatives and healthcare providers.
- The role involves verifying patient details, following up on claims, providing support related to billing/insurance and ensuring compliance with US Healthcare regulations.
- Make outbound calls to insurance companies to check claims status.
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) accounts.
- Verify eligibility &

perks of patients as per US Healthcare norms.

- Work on AR follow-up, claim correction and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for claim resolution.




- Meet daily/weekly productivity targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's Degree in Any Stream Completed.
- Post Graduation Pursuing Candidates can apply.
- Only Male candidates can apply, with flexibility to work in night shifts.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in AR Calling or Follow-up with US Healthcare.
- Good Communication Skills, Proficiency in the English Language.
