Position Details:

- Designation: AR Caller / Senior AR Caller

- Number of Openings: 50

- Location: Bangalore

- Experience: 1 to 5 Years

- Compensation: 2.16 LPA to 4.80 LPA

- Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred (Up to 15 Days Acceptable)

- Work Model: Work From Office (WFO)

- Shift Timing: 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST (US Shift)

Key Responsibilities

Claim Follow-up: Make outbound calls or check web portals/IVR systems to check the status of submitted medical claims.

Denial Management: Analyze Explanation of Benefits (EOB) statements and fix denied or rejected claims by submitting correct information or appeals. Handled end to end Denials

Payment Posting & Adjustments: Verify insurance payments, contractual adjustments,



and secondary payer billings.

Documentation: Record transparent call notes and next steps in the billing software for tracking.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 1 to 5 years of experience in US healthcare medical billing or AR calling.

Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with Physician Billing (PB) or Hospital Billing (HB), ICD/CPT codes, and HIPAA guidelines.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills for professional interactions with US insurance representatives
