Hiring AR Callers – HB Denials with experience in US Healthcare Hospital Billing and insurance voice calling.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle HB AR / Denials / Hospital Billing accounts.
- Make outbound calls to US insurance companies for claim follow-up.
- Analyze and resolve claim denials, rejections, underpayments & unpaid claims.
- Handle claim status, appeals, reconsiderations and reprocessing.
- Communicate with insurance representatives and document follow-up actions.
- Meet daily productivity, quality and collection targets.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in US Healthcare AR Calling / Denials.
- Solid experience in HB (Hospital Billing) Denials preferred.
- Excellent English communication and payer calling skills.
- Knowledge of US healthcare insurance and medical billing.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
