About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Application Developer Mentor to join our learning team. The selected mentor will be responsible for creating high-quality, practical application development course content and conducting part-time live doubt-clearing sessions for learners.

This role is ideal for an Application Developer, Software Engineer, Full-Stack Developer, or Technical Trainer who enjoys teaching and can explain complex development concepts in a simple, practical manner.

Key Responsibilities

Course Creation

- Design and develop a structured Application Development course curriculum.
- Create practical, industry-oriented learning modules and projects.
- Prepare video lessons, presentations, coding examples, assignments, and project exercises.
- Explain concepts through real-world development scenarios and hands-on demonstrations.
- Create beginner-to-intermediate level content with a clear learning progression.
- Develop quizzes, coding exercises, assessments, and project-based learning activities.
- Keep course content aligned with current industry practices and technologies.
- Review and update course content when required.

Part time Mentorship & Doubt Clearing
- Conduct scheduled live online doubt-clearing sessions.
- Help learners understand programming and application development concepts.
- Resolve technical and project-related doubts.
- Guide students while they work on practical projects.
- Review code and provide constructive technical feedback.
- Help learners troubleshoot bugs, errors, and implementation issues.
- Encourage learners to follow industry-standard development practices.

- 2+ years of professional experience in application/software development preferred.

- Previous teaching, mentoring, training, or content-creation experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and explanation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for beginners.
- Comfortable conducting online live sessions.
- Ability to create practical, project-based learning content.
- Reliable availability for scheduled part-time doubt-clearing sessions.
