- Collaborate with market unit leads to identify market demand.
- Grow the practice through hiring, nurturing, and upskilling team members.
- Conduct design sessions, requirement gathering, and provide working demos to stakeholders.
- Develop innovative strategies and operating models based on industry benchmarks.
Professional & Technical Skills :
- Seasoned techno-functional professional with experience in large-scale business transformation.
- Deep expertise in Amazon Connect, AWS Lex, Lambda, Pinpoint, Transcribe, and Comprehend.
- Solid understanding of API-based integrations with Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Bot platforms.
- Excellent communication, program management, and people management skills.
