Role Overview: /n We are seeking a dynamic and proactive skilled with prior experience of working closely with the music artist community and labels - ideally in artist management, distribution or a related domain. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the music ecosystem and a passion for discovering and nurturing emerging talent. /n Key Responsibilities: /n /n
- Identify rising independent artists on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Spotify etc.
/n
- Sign and manage artists for distribution
/n
- Identify labels / catalogues for acquisition. Evaluate revenues and close contracts for acquisition
/n
- Negotiate contract with artist
/n
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners for releases
/n
- Monitor and analyze KPI's
/n
- Attend showcases and artist community events
/n
- Build relationships with managers/producers/songwriters
/n
