Key Responsibilities
Business Partnership
- Act as the primary HR contact for designated business units.
- Partner with managers and leadership teams to understand business goals and translate them into HR strategies.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and organizational development.
- Support organizational changes, restructuring, and transformation initiatives.
Talent Management
- Drive talent acquisition strategies in partnership with recruitment teams.
- Support succession planning and leadership development programs.
- Identify talent gaps and create development plans for high-potential employees.
- Facilitate performance management and annual appraisal processes.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Conduct employee engagement initiatives and action plans.
- Promote a positive workplace culture and improve employee experience.
- Support retention and employee wellness programs.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Support policy implementation and communication across business units.
- Monitor HR metrics, attrition trends, absenteeism, and employee productivity.
- Ensure accurate HR documentation and data management.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with business leaders to drive people-related decisions.
- Build strong relationships with managers and employees across levels.
- Provide coaching and advisory support to people managers.
- Partner with Learning & Development teams to address capability-building needs.
HR Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze workforce data and provide insights for business decision-making.
- Prepare monthly HR dashboards and management reports.
- Track key HR metrics including attrition, hiring, engagement, and performance indicators.
- Recommend improvement initiatives based on data trends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
- 5-8 years of experience in HR Business Partnering, Employee Relations, Talent Management, or Generalist HR.
- Experience partnering with business leaders in a fast-paced setting.
Preferred Experience
- HRBP experience supporting Operations, Shared Services, Banking, Financial Services, IT, BPO, or Corporate Functions.
- Experience in employee engagement, performance management, and workforce planning.
- Exposure to change management and organizational development initiatives.

Experience Required 5-8 years of HR experience, including at least 2-3 years in an HRBP role supporting business leaders and managing end-to-end employee lifecycle activities.
