Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist passengers with check-in and baggage drop-off procedures - Ensure compliance with all security procedures and regulations - Assist passengers with boarding processes and provide necessary information - Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the airport terminal - Collaborate with other airport staff to ensure the smooth and productive flow of operations
