- Experience: Generally 6 to 10 years of solid experience in international air freight forwarding, with at least 3 to 5 years in a supervisory or management capacity.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of local Chennai custom clearing processes, port/airport authority systems, and logistics workflows. Proficiency in MS Excel and core freight management software.
- Competencies: Strong B2B communication skills, airline negotiation expertise, and the ability to work under tight timelines in a fast-paced setting.
