About Planning Labs

Planning Labs is a Mumbai-based Brand Building Agency working across Experiential Marketing, Digital Marketing, Creative Design, Video Production, AI Content and Brand Activations.

We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy AI Video Creator / Editor who can use AI tools to create engaging, innovative and high-quality videos for brands and social media.

Key Responsibilities

- Create AI-generated videos, product videos, promotional videos and social media content.
- Convert concepts, scripts and briefs into engaging visual content using AI tools.
- Generate AI images, characters, environments, product visuals and video sequences.
- Edit and assemble AI-generated footage into polished final videos.
- Create short-form content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Experiment with new AI video generation and editing tools to create unique content.
- Add hooks, transitions, text, sound effects, music and other elements to improve engagement.
- Understand current social media trends and create content around trending formats.
- Work closely with the Creative and Social Media teams to develop video concepts.
- Take feedback and make revisions quickly.
- Maintain consistency in branding, visual style and quality.

AI Skills / Tools Candidates should have experience with or be willing to work with tools such as:
- Google Veo / Flow
- Runway
- Kling
- Pika
- Sora
- Midjourney
- ChatGPT / Gemini
- Adobe Firefly
- CapCut
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects

You do not need to know every tool.



Solid understanding of AI video creation and the ability to learn new tools quickly is more important.

What We Are Looking For

- Strong understanding of video editing, storytelling and visual composition.
- Good knowledge of framing, camera angles, transitions and pacing.
- Ability to create strong hooks for short-form videos.
- Creative mindset with an interest in experimenting with AI.
- Good understanding of social media content and viral formats.
- Ability to turn a simple idea into an engaging visual story.
- Attention to detail and willingness to experiment.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a creative team.
- Positive communication and time-management skills.

Added Advantage
- Experience creating AI-generated product/brand videos.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and VFX.
- Experience with Premiere Pro / After Effects.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design.
- Experience creating Reels, Shorts or advertising videos.
- Portfolio showcasing AI-generated videos or creative experiments.

Portfolio Requirement Portfolio is mandatory.

- Creative AI experiments

Freshers can apply if they have a strong portfolio or personal AI video projects.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on skills, experience and portfolio.
