/n We’re hiring an AI Video Editor (Performance ) to build high-performing UGC-style ad creatives at scale. This is not a traditional editing role. We’re looking for someone who deeply understands performance creatives for Meta, knows what makes users stop scrolling, and can leverage AI-first video workflows to create, iterate, and optimize winning ad creatives faster.

You’ll work closely with the Growth and creative team to produce UGC-style performance ads using AI tools, experiment with new creative formats, and help build scalable AI-led content systems. /n /n This role is ideal for someone who: /n /n

- Understands UGC ad psychology and conversion-focused storytelling

- Has strong experience creating Meta-first performance creatives

- Is deeply hands-on with AI video creation/editing tools

- Thinks in hooks, retention curves, and conversion metrics

- Moves fast and thrives on experimentation.

/n /n /n What You’ll Do /n /n

- Create and edit high-performing UGC-style ad creatives using AI tools

/n

- You will own end-to-end creative execution for performance ads - from interpreting briefs to generating, editing, iterating, and optimizing creatives using AI-native workflows.

/n

- Turn performance insights into new creative iterations

/n

- Rapidly test hooks, pacing, delivery styles, and visual formats

/n

- Optimize creatives based on CTR, hook rate, hold rate, and CAC

/n

- Build repeatable prompt systems and AI workflows for scale

/n

- Experiment with moonshot creative concepts and new AI capabilities

- 2-4 years of experience in performance video editing / creative production

/n

- Strong understanding of Meta ad creative best practices

/n

- Hands-on expertise with AI video models (Seedance 2.0 , Veo3.1, Nano Banana Pro, Cling 3.0, Higgsfield, Claude)

- Proven experience creating UGC / direct-response ad creatives

/n

- Robust creative judgment around hooks, retention, and pacing

/n

- Ability to move fast, iterate quickly, and work data-first
