Role Description The AI Trainer role is a remote, contract position focused on improving AI systems through high-quality data annotation, evaluation, and feedback. In this role, the AI Trainer will review and refine AI-generated outputs, label and categorise data according to detailed guidelines, and ensure content accuracy, clarity, inclusiveness, and alignment with ethical standards.

Engagement:

- The initial assignment is for 7 business days. Based on your performance, you may be considered for additional projects.
- Availability: Immediate (Monday, 14th Sept)
- Pay: 15K (net/take-home)

What is expected?⁠

Create accounts in applications and get an API key

- Use those api keys and accounts to connect a bunch of applications in Composio's special chat experience.



Enter variations of predesigned prompts in the chat and continue the sessions (1 more turn required).
- Do close to 200 chats per day. (1 prompt task can lead to 10 variations.)
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to evaluate AI-generated content, identify errors or biases, and apply complex guidelines consistently.
- Comfort with digital tools and platforms used for data labelling, content review, and collaboration (e.g., web-based annotation tools, issue trackers, and documentation systems).
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and maintain close attention to detail across repetitive tasks.
- Understanding of AI, machine learning, or data-driven systems at a conceptual level; prior experience in data annotation, content moderation, UX research, or quality assurance is beneficial.
- Commitment to ethical and responsible AI, including sensitivity to user diversity, privacy, and non-discriminatory standards.
