Role Description The Data Science Trainer will deliver high-quality classroom training sessions at Naresh i Technologies’ Hyderabad campus, focusing on core and advanced data science concepts, tools, and applications. This part-time, on-site role involves designing and updating curriculum, preparing lesson plans and teaching materials, and conducting interactive lectures, labs, and assessments to support learner success.

The trainer will guide students through foundational topics such as statistics, mathematics, and scientific thinking, as well as practical data analysis, machine learning workflows,



and project-based learning. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating student performance, providing constructive feedback, mentoring learners on projects and career pathways, and collaborating with other trainers to maintain consistent training standards. The trainer may also contribute to workshops, placement-oriented sessions, and continuous improvement of training methodologies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Science Education and subject-matter knowledge in areas relevant to data science, such as Physics and Mathematics.
- Candidates should possess qualifications and experience as a Qualified Teacher, with proven skills in Lesson Planning and classroom delivery.
- Candidates should possess expertise or significant exposure to data science concepts (statistics, machine learning fundamentals, data analysis, and programming tools such as Python or R).
- Candidates should possess effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly to diverse learner groups.
- Candidates should possess prior teaching or training experience in technical or STEM disciplines; experience in qualified or corporate training environments is an advantage.
- Relevant academic qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field are preferred.
- Candidates should possess strong mentoring abilities, a learner-focused mindset, and the ability to manage classroom dynamics and assessments effectively.
