We are hiring AI Engineers to drive AI/ML initiatives across our wind turbine OEM and O&M; operations. This is a hands-on, builder-focused role: you will independently design, develop, and code AI-driven tools and solutions for internal use, rather than simply implementing existing models. You will work closely with engineering and operations teams to bring practical AI capabilities into a real industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

Drive AI/ML projects specific to wind turbine OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and O&M; operations.

Independently design, develop, and code AI-driven tools and solutions for internal use beyond implementing existing/pre-built models.

¢ Identify opportunities where AI/ML can improve turbine performance monitoring, predictive maintenance, manufacturing quality, and operational efficiency.

¢ Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and operations teams to translate real-world operational challenges into AI-based solutions.

¢ Prototype, test, iterate, and deploy AI solutions suited for industrial and manufacturing settings.





¢ Stay current with emerging AI/ML techniques and proactively bring relevant advancements into the organization.

Required Qualifications

¢ 23 years of hands-on experience with AI/ML is preferred; candidates with strong exposure to AI/ML concepts and projects will also be considered.

¢ Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any discipline Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science, Electronics, Industrial, etc.).

¢ Demonstrated ability to independently code and build AI-driven tools/solutions, not limited to using existing pre-trained models or APIs.

¢ Genuine enthusiasm for artificial intelligence and a strong interest in manufacturing/industrial environments.

¢ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on open-ended technical problems.

Preferred Attributes

¢ Prior exposure to industrial, manufacturing, energy, or renewable sector projects.

¢ Familiarity with time-series data, sensor data, or predictive maintenance use cases (a plus, not mandatory).

¢ Comfort working in a quick-paced, builder-oriented environment with end-to-end solution ownership.
