Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer with 3 years of hands-on experience to design, build, and deploy machine learning and generative AI solutions, including LLM-based applications, RAG pipelines, and production-grade model deployments. This is a fully remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and fine-tune ML/DL models using PyTorch/TensorFlow for various business use cases
- Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using vector databases and Azure AI Search
- Build LLM-powered applications leveraging Azure OpenAI, LangChain/LangGraph, and Semantic Kernel
- Apply prompt engineering techniques to optimize model outputs for accuracy and relevance
- Develop NLP solutions for text classification, extraction, and generation tasks
- Build and expose model-serving APIs using FastAPI/REST
- Implement MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations for tool-augmented AI workflows
- Manage the ML lifecycle using MLflow, including experiment tracking and model versioning
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain models in production, ensuring performance and reliability
- Work with Hugging Face libraries and pretrained models to accelerate development




- Collaborate effectively with a distributed, remote team across time zones

Required Skills & Experience:

- 3 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering or a related role
- Solid proficiency in Python, Pandas, NumPy
- Solid understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning fundamentals
- Hands-on experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Experience with NLP and Generative AI/LLM applications
- Practical experience building RAG pipelines and working with vector databases
- Familiarity with Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Search
- Experience with LangChain/LangGraph and/or Semantic Kernel
- Exposure to MCP-based tool integrations
- Experience with FastAPI/REST API development
- Understanding of MLOps practices, MLflow, model deployment, and monitoring
- Proven ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote setup

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
