Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and motivated AI/ML Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in machine learning, Python programming, and data preprocessing, with the ability to build, deploy, and optimize AI/ML models for real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Build, train, test, and deploy machine learning and AI models.

- Collect, clean, preprocess, and analyze datasets for model development.

- Develop and optimize models to improve accuracy, efficiency, and performance.

- Integrate trained ML models into applications using Python APIs.

- Monitor model performance and troubleshoot issues after deployment.

- Continuously improve existing models based on performance and business requirements.

- Work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop practical AI/ML solutions.

- Maintain clean, scalable, and well-documented code.

- Assist colleagues and team members with various technical and project-related tasks as required.

- Conduct AI/ML training sessions, workshops, and practical demonstrations for students or trainees.

- Travel to different colleges, institutions, and locations across India as required for training, workshops, project activities, or other organizational requirements.

- Support the team in additional technical, training,



and departmental activities whenever required.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Python, Machine Learning libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

- Hands-on experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch.

- Knowledge of Scikit-learn and machine learning algorithms.

- Good understanding of SQL and database concepts.

- Familiarity with Git/GitHub and version control.

- Basic to intermediate knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

- Understanding of data preprocessing, model evaluation, and optimization techniques.

- Good communication and presentation skills for conducting training sessions.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Projects or practical experience in machine learning and AI development will be an advantage.

- Fresher and Prior experience in training, teaching, workshops, or technical presentations can apply.

- Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to learn new technologies and work in a team environment.

- Willingness to travel across India as required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
