AI Film Director / AI Filmmaking Director

About the Role

We are looking for an AI Film Director who can use cutting-edge AI technology to create cinematic films from concept to final output.

You will be responsible for transforming scripts, stories, and creative ideas into complete AI-generated films, using AI for characters, environments, cinematography, performances, dialogue, voices, movement, and overall visual storytelling.

This is a creative directing role for someone who understands cinema first and AI second.

Key Responsibilities

- Direct and produce complete films using AI filmmaking tools.
- Read scripts and develop a clear visual and cinematic language for each project.
- Plan shots, camera angles, movements, compositions, lighting, performances, and sequences.
- Generate consistent AI characters, locations, props, costumes, and environments.
- Create cinematic video sequences using AI video-generation platforms.
- Generate or develop AI-based dialogue, voices, sound, and other elements required for the film.
- Maintain character and visual consistency throughout an entire project.
- Build detailed prompts and workflows to achieve specific cinematic results.
- Experiment with new AI models and filmmaking technologies.
- Take projects from script → visual development → shot generation → sequence creation → final film.
- Work closely with writers and creative producers to translate the story into visuals.
- Continuously improve the quality, realism, emotion, and cinematic feel of AI-generated content.

Required Skills
- Strong understanding of film direction and storytelling.




- Excellent sense of cinematography, framing, composition, camera movement, and visual continuity.
- Hands-on experience creating AI-generated images and videos.
- Strong prompting and AI workflow skills.
- Ability to maintain consistency across characters and scenes.
- Strong understanding of cinematic pacing and visual storytelling.
- Creative problem-solving and willingness to experiment.
- Ability to work independently and take complete creative ownership of a project.

AI Tools Experience with platforms such as Veo, Sora, Runway, Kling, Luma, Midjourney, Flux, Stable Diffusion, ElevenLabs, or other emerging AI filmmaking tools is preferred.

You do not need to know every AI tool. We are looking for someone who understands how to use AI creatively and can quickly learn recent models and technologies.
