Role Overview

You will serve as the technical lead and mentor for our intermediate and advanced AI programs, guiding students and professionals through hands-on mastery of Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and cutting-edge Generative AI workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Curriculum Delivery: Deliver engaging, practical training sessions covering advanced Python, data processing, statistical analysis, and database management.

Technical Instruction: Teach complex concepts in machine learning, feature engineering optimization, and deep learning fundamentals.

GenAI & RAG Mentorship: Guide learners through building modern LLM applications, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, NLP projects, and full-stack application development.

Project Guidance:



Oversee and mentor participants through comprehensive industry projects, ensuring code quality and practical problem-solving.

Assessment & Support: Evaluate student progress, conduct code reviews, and provide constructive technical feedback to bridge the gap between classroom learning and industry readiness.

Core Qualifications

3+ years of professional experience working in Data Science, Machine Learning, or GenAI engineering, with a solid passion for teaching or technical mentoring.

Technical Stack: Advanced Python, SQL, Scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and vector databases.

Domain Knowledge: Proven expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models, LangChain/LlamaIndex, and RAG architectures.

Communication: Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to break down complex technical topics into digestible, engaging lessons.
