About the Role

Imersive is looking for detail-oriented freshers to work as end-to-end Fashion Catalog Image Artists: taking a garment from reference photo -> AI-generated model image -> Photoshop correction -> final catalog-ready output.

The role combines AI image generation, fashion styling judgment, and Photoshop retouching — not just one of these in isolation. Training will be provided; prior AI-tool expertise is not required.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate fashion catalog images with AI tools, choosing appropriate model, pose, styling and framing for each garment.
- Match AI output accurately to reference images (shape, patterns, prints, embroidery, color and texture).
- Retouch in Photoshop: fix garment fit, AI artifacts (hands, skin, hair), background and lighting inconsistencies.
- Ensure consistency across front/back views and multi-image catalog sets; run basic QC before submission.
- Meet daily/monthly production targets and continuously learn new AI tools and techniques.

What We're Looking For

- Good eye for fashion, clothing and visual aesthetics; understanding of color, proportion,



composition and lighting.
- Valuable Adobe Photoshop skills and strong attention to detail.
- Interest in AI image generation; ability to spot and correct small visual errors.
- Willingness to learn in a production environment; good communication and teamwork.
- Attention to detail and Ability to work independently and deliver complete images from generation through final Photoshop output.

Contractor Engagement

This is a contractor role. Compensation will be discussed with shortlisted candidates after the selection process. The engagement will focus on end-to-end production of fashion AI catalog images and will be evaluated on output volume, image quality, garment accuracy, editing skill, consistency and ability to improve production speed.

Qualifications

- Any educational qualification (High School / 12th standard pass) is acceptable.
- Freshers and candidates from any educational background are welcome if they have the required skills and interest.
- Strong Photoshop skills are required.
- Experience with Midjourney, Flux, Gemini, Higgsfield or similar AI tools is a plus, but not mandatory.
