AI Application Developer – Chatbots & Web Apps

We help organisations use technology to improve operations, make better decisions and build practical digital capabilities. We are expanding our AI and digital solutions work, developing AI chatbots, virtual assistants, automation solutions and web applications forA business clients.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an AI Application Developer to develop, integrate, test and deploy AI-powered solutions for business clients.

This is a hands-on role focused on chatbots, AI assistants, web applications and APIs. You will work from project requirements through to working solutions and take ownership of assigned development tasks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop AI-powered chatbots and AI assistants for client websites
- Integrate LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic and Gemini
- Build and maintain web applications and APIs
- Connect AI solutions with websites, databases and third-party services
- Develop chatbot knowledge-base solutions where required
- Test, troubleshoot and improve applications
- Deploy and maintain live solutions




- Use AI-assisted development tools effectively

REQUIRED SKILLS

1. Solid Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript skills
2. Experience building and shipping at least one web application
3. Experience working with REST APIs and third-party integrations
4. Hands-on exposure to LLM/AI APIs — personal projects count
5. Git/GitHub
6. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

POSITIVE TO HAVE

1. RAG or vector-database experience
2. Prompt engineering
3. Basic cloud/deployment experience

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

1. 1–3 years of relevant development experience preferred
2. Candidates with less experience may be considered with a strong portfolio and demonstrable skills
3. Degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field is preferred but not mandatory

EMPLOYMENT DETAILS

- Employment Type: Full-time
- Location: India
- Workplace: Remote
- Probation: 3 months
- Compensation: ₹60,000–₹1,10,000/month, based on experience and demonstrated skill
