Plant/Factory Administration & Canteen Management Role:

Lead overall plant administration, facilities, canteen, housekeeping, security, transport, accommodation, horticulture, and vendor management to ensure smooth and cost-effective operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage plant administration, employee services, facilities, and statutory compliance.
- Oversee canteen operations, food quality, hygiene, safety, and vendor performance.
- Manage housekeeping, security, transport, accommodation, utilities, and waste management.
- Handle vendors, budgets, procurement, and cost optimization.
- Drive horticulture, sustainability, and ISO 14001 initiatives.
- Lead the administration team and ensure continuous process improvement.

Key Requirements:

- Graduate/Postgraduate with relevant Plant/Factory Administration & Facilities experience in manufacturing.
- Solid experience in canteen management, vendor management, budgeting, compliance, and employee services.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and team management skills.
