Role Description The AGM – Corporate Legal will oversee corporate and commercial legal matters, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, managing the contract lifecycle, and providing legal advisory support to internal stakeholders. The role will ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including IRDAI requirements, and oversee trademark matters, litigation, external counsel, and legal risk management.

The position will also support legal policies, regulatory updates, and strategic business initiatives while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

This is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad.

Requirements:

- Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize various commercial contracts and agreements, including lease agreements.
- Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiation through execution, renewal, and closure.
- Develop and maintain standardized contract templates across all lines of business.
- Promote legal, compliance, and risk management best practices across the organization through awareness initiatives and guidance.




- Provide legal support and advisory services to various internal departments on business and operational matters.
- Manage the Company’s trademark portfolio, including coordinating with IP attorneys on registration processes, liaising with the branding team, submitting marks for registration, and ensuring timely filing of responses and related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Shops & Establishments laws and regulations.
- Conduct legal research and provide analysis on relevant legal and regulatory matters.
- Monitor and advise on changes in applicable legislation, rules, and regulations impacting the Company’s business, including regulations issued by IRDAI.
- Manage litigation matters and coordinate with external legal counsel, as and when required.
- Travel may be required based on business requirements.
- Provide any other legal support and assistance as may be required from time to time.

Qualifications: Experience: Working experience (preferably in labor laws and contracts) in any MNC or NBFC.

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in law
