Agentic AI EngineerJob Summary

We are looking for an Agentic AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, using tools, and autonomously completing complex tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, RAG, prompt engineering, and Python-based application development.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop AI agents and multi-agent systems using modern agentic AI frameworks and LLMs.

- Build agents capable of reasoning, planning, tool calling, task execution, and decision-making.

- Develop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using vector databases and enterprise data.

- Integrate LLMs with APIs, databases, enterprise applications, and external tools.

- Implement agent memory, context management, workflow orchestration, and state management.

- Develop and optimize prompts, system instructions, and agent workflows.

- Evaluate agent performance for accuracy, reliability, latency, cost, and safety.

- Build production-ready AI applications using Python, APIs, cloud platforms, and microservices.

- Implement observability, monitoring, evaluation, and guardrails for AI agents.

- Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to identify and implement AI-driven automation opportunities.

- Stay current with developments in LLMs, agentic AI, multimodal AI, and AI orchestration frameworks.

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in Python.

- Hands-on experience with LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, or similar models.

- Experience building AI agents, autonomous workflows, or multi-agent systems.

- Knowledge of RAG, embeddings,



vector databases, and semantic search.

- Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI, or equivalent.

- Strong understanding of prompt engineering, function/tool calling, structured outputs, and LLM evaluation.

- Experience working with REST APIs, databases, and cloud services.

- Familiarity with Docker, Git, CI/CD, and production software engineering practices.

- Understanding of AI security, responsible AI, hallucination mitigation, and agent guardrails.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Knowledge of Kubernetes and microservices architecture.

- Experience with model fine-tuning or adaptation techniques.

- Experience with multimodal AI, voice agents, or computer-use agents.

- Familiarity with agent observability and evaluation platforms.

- Experience deploying enterprise-grade GenAI solutions.

Education & Experience

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 2–6 years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, Generative AI, or related areas.

- Demonstrable experience building and deploying LLM/agentic AI applications.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
