Job Title: Agentic AI Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Agentic AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy next-generation AI applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic Workflows, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building intelligent AI agents using modern frameworks and deploying enterprise-grade solutions on cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop Agentic AI solutions using LLMs and multi-agent architectures.
- Build and optimize RAG pipelines for enterprise knowledge retrieval and contextual AI applications.
- Develop AI workflows using LangGraph, LangChain, and related orchestration frameworks.
- Integrate foundation models through AWS Bedrock and other LLM platforms.
- Implement prompt engineering, tool calling, memory management, and agent orchestration.
- Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Python.
- Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver AI-powered solutions.
- Monitor, evaluate, and improve AI system performance, accuracy,



and reliability.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in Agentic AI, GenAI, and LLM ecosystems.

Required Skills
- Strong experience in Agentic AI Development
- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Expertise in RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
- Strong knowledge of LangGraph/LangChain/CrewAi
- Proficiency in Python
- Experience with AWS Bedrock
- Understanding of vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search
- Experience with prompt engineering and AI agent frameworks
- Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native development

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Crew Ai, Anthropic Claude, Llama, or similar foundation models
- Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, or FAISS
- Knowledge of MLOps, AI observability, and evaluation frameworks
- Experience with AWS cloud services and server less architectures, CICD Pipelines.

Candidate Profile
- 6 to 10 years of software development experience.
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
