Position: Full-time, hybrid (Lower Parel, Mumbai)

Paper Plane Tales is looking for an Agency Partnerships & Talent Community Lead to help build Talent-on-Demand , our growing business that gives agencies access to exceptional creative and digital talent on demand.

We are looking for someone with 5+ years of agency experience who is excellent with people, understands how agencies work , loves building relationships , and wants to move beyond account management into something more entrepreneurial .

This is not a traditional client servicing or recruitment role. You’ll build relationships with creative and digital agencies , discover and nurture exceptional freelancers , understand what talent different projects need, and bring the right people together to make projects happen.

Responsibilities:

Community

- Source, evaluate and onboard freelance creative talent across creative, content, digital, technology, production and marketing
- Build & nurture strong relationships with our talent community
- Drive systems and processes that help us understand people's skills, experience, rates, availability and strengths
- Engage our talent community with meaningful initiatives that foster learning, connection and long-term engagement with Paper Plane Tales

Partnerships

- Identify and build new relationships with complementary creative, digital, technology, production and specialist agencies
- Deepen ongoing relationships with agency partners and identify collaboration, referral and white-label opportunities




- Develop a strong partner ecosystem that we can tap into for larger or specialist projects

Project & Resource Management

- Own staffing of projects across multiple accounts by working with account teams to identify the right talent and partners for each project
- Drive the responsiveness, reliability and performance of the talent across projects, ensuring high standards of delivery
- Strengthen resource planning and optimise project staffing across multiple accounts by balancing project costs, commercials, availability and timelines

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in a creative, branding, digital or advertising agency
- Strong understanding of creative and digital services
- Experience working with freelancers, vendors, agencies or external partners
- Ability to work independently and solve problems quickly
- A genuine interest in people, talent, partnerships and the creative industry
