Role Overview :
As a Consultant for Adobe Journey Optimizer, you will serve as a technical architect and implementation specialist, driving personalized customer experiences for our high-profile clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Architect and deploy complex customer journeys within Adobe Journey Optimizer to drive personalized engagement.
- Configure and manage data schemas within the Adobe Experience Platform to ensure accurate data ingestion.
- Develop custom scripts and automation workflows using JavaScript and Python to extend the native capabilities of the Adobe stack.
- Design and implement robust API integrations to facilitate seamless data exchange between AJO and external enterprise systems.
- Perform advanced data modeling to structure customer attributes and behavioral data.
- Apply prompt engineering techniques to optimize generative AI features within the Adobe ecosystem.
- Troubleshoot technical bottlenecks in journey orchestration and data pipelines.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated expertise in configuring and managing Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Experience Platform.
- Proficiency in front-end development technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong command of SQL for complex data extraction and analysis.
- Proven ability to design and document API-based integrations.
- Advanced analytical skills in data modeling.
- Experience in applying prompt engineering for content optimization and workflow automation.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional teams.
- 3 - 8 years of relevant experience in digital marketing technology or marketing automation.
- Ability to thrive in a cooperative, hybrid work environment across our offices in Hyderabad, Bangalore, Noida, and Gurgaon.
