Work Timings: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM or 11:00 AM–8:00 PM

Working Days: Saturday & Sunday working

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Academic Counsellor / Business Development Associate to join our team.

The role involves counselling prospective students, understanding their educational requirements, recommending suitable programs, and converting qualified leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel prospective students and parents regarding academic programs and courses.

Understand student requirements and provide appropriate program recommendations.

Handle leads through calls, follow-ups, and other communication channels.

Drive admissions and achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.

Build strong relationships with students and parents throughout the admission journey.

Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure a positive student experience.

Work closely with the team to achieve business and revenue objectives.

Passion for education and student counselling.

Ability to handle follow-ups and convert leads.

Prior experience in counselling, inside sales, B2C sales, or business development is preferred.

Freshers with solid communication and a willingness to learn may also apply.

Good to Have

B2C sales experience is a bonus.

Candidates with experience in education sales, counselling, inside sales, or end-to-end B2C sales will be preferred.
