Role & responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end student admission process, from enquiry generation to final enrolment.

- Handle student and parent enquiries through calls, meetings, and other communication channels.

- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, programs, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures.

- Follow up with prospective students and maintain a strong admission pipeline.

- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth admission and onboarding process.

- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, applications, and admissions.

- Achieve admission and enrolment targets within defined timelines.

- Prepare regular admission reports and share updates with management.





- Identify opportunities to improve the admission process and student conversion rates.

- Represent the institution professionally during admission drives, events, and outreach activities when required.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors degree in any discipline; postgraduate qualification in Management, Marketing, or a related field will be an advantage.

- 0–5 years of experience in admissions, education counseling, education sales, or a related role.

- Robust communication, counseling, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
