Position: Admission Counsellor – College Outreach & Student Engagement

ABOUT ASE ACADEMY:

ASE Digital Academy is focused on helping students bridge the gap between academic education and industry requirements through practical, career-oriented digital and technology programs.

As part of our expansion, we are looking for an energetic and highly motivated Admission Counsellor who can build strong relationships with colleges and universities, engage students, conduct presentations, and drive enrollments into ASE Digital Academy programs.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with colleges, universities, placement officers, faculty members, and students.

The candidate will regularly visit educational institutions, deliver presentations and career-awareness sessions, interact with students, understand their career aspirations, explain ASE Digital Academy's programs, and guide interested students through the admission process.

This role requires someone who is confident in public speaking, comfortable travelling to colleges, persuasive in communication, and passionate about helping students build successful careers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop a strong network of institutional contacts to generate consistent student engagement and admissions opportunities.
- Visit colleges and universities and conduct engaging presentations for students.
- Conduct career-awareness sessions, orientation programs, workshops,



and counselling sessions.
- Counsel students individually based on their educational background, interests, skills, and career aspirations.
- Understand student requirements and recommend appropriate ASE Digital Academy programs.
- Build long-term relationships with placement officers and college representatives.
- Explore opportunities for seminars, workshops, skill-development programs, campus engagements, and institutional partnerships.
- Provide regular feedback on student requirements, market trends, competitor programs, and college-level opportunities.

- Strong presentation and student engagement abilities
- Valuable interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to confidently interact with students, faculty, placement officers, and college management
- Strong counselling and persuasion skills
- Good follow-up and lead-conversion abilities
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Comfortable with extensive local travel and college visits
- Ability to organize and conduct seminars/workshops
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM, WhatsApp, and email communication
- Passion for education, technology, and student career development

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing, HR, Education Management, or related fields is an advantage
- Prior experience in education counselling, EdTech, college outreach, admissions, business development, student engagement, or campus relations will be preferred.

Compensation: upto 3 LPA Performance Incentives

Travel: Local travel as required for college visits and institutional outreach
