Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, website leads and walk-ins

- Understand each aspirant's stage of preparation and recommend suitable courses (Sociology Optional, PSIR, GS, Essay, Test Series)

- Follow up with leads on a defined schedule and maintain records in the CRM

- Coordinate with the academic and operations team for onboarding, LMS access and batch details

- Resolve student queries related to fees, schedules, books and course access

- Share weekly reports on enquiries, conversions and feedback

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
