Open Positions - Team Leader – Admissions: 1 Position - Admission Counsellors: 3–5 Positions ? Location: Pimple Saudagar, Pune ? Work Mode: Work from Office ? Admission Counsellor – Key Responsibilities - Handle qualified leads provided by the company - Counsel students regarding Graduation & Post-Graduation programs - Understand candidate requirements and recommend suitable programs - Follow up consistently through calls and WhatsApp - Manage the complete admission journey from enquiry to payment - Maintain accurate lead and follow-up updates in CRM - Achieve individual monthly admission targets ? Team Leader – Additional Responsibilities - Manage and guide the Admission Counsellor team - Allocate leads and monitor lead utilization - Conduct daily pipeline and follow-up reviews - Track counsellor productivity and conversion ratios - Coach the team on counselling, objection handling and closures - Take ownership of monthly team admission targets ?
