Key Responsibilities
- Connect with UPSC aspirants through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand students' preparation level, goals, requirements, and challenges.
- Provide accurate information about UPSC courses, batches, fees, faculty, study material, test series, and programs.
- Counsel students and parents regarding the most suitable course/program.
- Handle student queries and resolve objections related to fees, course structure, faculty, online/offline mode, and results.
- Follow up regularly with interested leads and maintain a healthy admission pipeline.
- Convert leads into successful admissions while achieving monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, conversations, and conversions in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with the academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Stay updated with UPSC examination patterns, syllabus, eligibility, preparation trends, and major changes.
- Build strong relationships with students and provide a positive counselling experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in educational counselling, inside sales, admissions, or a similar role.
- Positive knowledge of the UPSC Civil Services Examination is preferred.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to understand student requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales-driven environment.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, Excel/Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and calling tools.
- Candidates with previous experience in UPSC/IAS coaching institutes will be preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
