We are seeking a highly persuasive, target-driven Ad Sales Executive to drive business growth across our media inventory and advertising platforms. In this role, you will prospect corporate advertisers, negotiate advertising deals, present commercial media packages, and build strong relationships with brand decision-makers in Kolkata and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

- Media Prospecting & Business Development: Identify prospective brand advertisers, media buying agencies, and corporate clients to pitch advertising inventory across multiple platforms.
- Consultative Selling: Analyze client marketing goals and pitch strategic advertising space/campaigns that yield high ROI for their brands.




- Negotiation & Closure: Lead pricing negotiations, finalize advertising contracts, and ensure monthly revenue and ad sales targets are consistently met.
- Account Management: Maintain ongoing relationships with existing media accounts, ensuring high retention and upsell opportunities.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on media buying trends, competitor advertising packages, and emerging opportunities in the Kolkata market.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities.
- Mindset: Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable reaching out to decision-makers and brand managers.
- Experience: Prior experience in Media Sales, Ad Sales, Space Selling (Print/OOH/TV/Radio/Digital), or Advertising Agency sales is preferred.
- Freshers: Confident freshers with high sales aptitude, exceptional pitch skills, and a passion for media sales are welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
