JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a energetic and detail-oriented professional with hands-on experience in Xero, QuickBooks, US Payroll, and US Taxation & Compliance. Working knowledge of Tally for Indian accounting is an added advantage. The role involves managing end-to-end accounting, payroll processing, and tax compliance for US-based clients, including preparation and filing of income tax returns.





KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAccounting & Bookkeeping

- Manage bookkeeping for US clients using Xero and QuickBooks
- Maintain Tally records for Indian accounting requirements, as needed
- Pass journal entries and complete month-end / year-end closing
- Prepare financial statements (P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)

US Payroll
- Process US payroll (weekly / bi-weekly / monthly)
- Manage payroll tax filings (Forms 941, 940) and W-2 / 1099
- Work on payroll platforms like Gusto, ADP, Paychex

US Taxation & Compliance
- Prepare and file Individual Tax Returns (Form 1040)
- Prepare business tax returns (Forms 1120, 1120S, 1065)
- Ensure IRS compliance and timely filings

What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years' relevant US accounting / tax experience
- Solid command of Xero, QuickBooks & payroll platforms
- Excellent attention to detail and client communication

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
