Job Title: Accounts Receivable / Payment Collection Executive Location: BTM Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka Salary: ₹25,000 per month Experience: Minimum 6 months in Accounts Receivable, Payment Collection, Recovery, or a similar role Employment Type: Full-Time About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and responsible Accounts Receivable / Payment Collection Executive to manage customer payment follow-ups and collection activities. The candidate will be responsible for making regular calls to customers regarding outstanding payments and visiting customer locations for payment collection whenever required. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, strong follow-up capabilities, and be comfortable with both telephonic payment recovery and field collection activities .

Key ResponsibilitiesMake regular calls to customers for outstanding payment follow-ups and recovery . Coordinate with customers regarding pending invoices, due dates, and payment commitments. Visit customer offices/sites for payment collection and follow-up as required.

Maintain regular follow-up with overdue accounts until payment is received. Track outstanding invoices and maintain an updated Accounts Receivable / Collection status . Obtain and record customer payment commitments and follow up according to agreed timelines.

Coordinate with the internal accounts and sales teams regarding pending payments. Identify delayed or disputed payments and escalate issues to the concerned team. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, visits, commitments, and collections.





Submit regular collection reports and updates to management. Ensure timely recovery of outstanding receivables and support improvement in the company's collection cycle.

Candidate

RequirementsMinimum 6 months of experience in payment collection, accounts receivable, recovery, telecalling for collections, or a similar role. Must possess a valid two-wheeler/bike for field visits. Good verbal communication and customer-handling skills.

Comfortable making frequent calls for payment follow-ups. Willingness to travel within Bengaluru for customer visits and collections. Good follow-up, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Basic knowledge of invoices, outstanding payments, due dates, and receivables.

Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and email. Should be target-oriented, persistent, responsible, and professional while dealing with customers. Travel & AllowanceCandidate must have their own bike/two-wheeler for local travel.

Travel allowance will be provided by the company as per company policy.
