About the Role

A1 SKC Food Products Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive Accounts Receivable Executive to own outstanding collections across our Distribution, HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants & Cafés), and Institutional channels. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys following up, keeping numbers clean, and making sure money owed to the company comes in on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Follow up on outstanding payments from distributors, HoReCa clients, and institutional customers to ensure collections are made within due dates.
- Track receivables and maintain an accurate, up-to-date ageing report for all accounts.
- Coordinate with the sales and distribution teams to resolve payment delays and disputes.
- Prepare and share outstanding statements, reminders, and follow-up communication with customers.
- Reconcile customer accounts, match receipts against invoices, and resolve mismatches.
- Handle cheque/PDC collection and deposit tracking,



and monitor bounced payments.
- Maintain proper records of invoices, credit notes, and receipts.
- Support month-end closing with receivables reports and collection updates.
- Escalate long-pending or high-risk accounts to the reporting manager on time.

Requirements
- Education: B.Com / M.Com / BBA or equivalent (Commerce background preferred).
- Experience: 0–2 years in accounts receivable, collections, or general accounting. Freshers welcome.
- Basic knowledge of accounting, invoicing, and GST concepts.
- Comfortable working with MS Excel and Tally / ERP experience is a plus.
- Good communication and follow-up skills in English and Tamil (add Hindi if required).
- Detail-oriented, persistent, and able to manage multiple accounts.
- Willingness to make regular customer calls and follow-ups.
