We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Payable Executive to manage vendor invoices, payments, reconciliations, and day-to-day accounts payable activities.

- Verify and process vendor invoices and bills
- Check invoices against purchase orders, GRNs, and supporting documents
- Maintain accurate records of vendor accounts and outstanding payments
- Prepare vendor payment schedules and coordinate with the Accounts team for timely payments
- Perform vendor ledger reconciliation and resolve discrepancies
- Verify expense bills and supporting documents before processing payments




- Coordinate with vendors regarding invoices, payment status, and outstanding balances
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of invoices and payment records
- Assist in month-end closing and accounts payable reporting
- Ensure compliance with applicable GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements
- Support the Accounts team in audits and other finance-related activities

- Good knowledge of Accounts Payable processes
- Working knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel
- Basic understanding of GST and TDS
- Good analytical and reconciliation skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple invoices and payment deadlines

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification

- 2–5 years of experience
- EPC firm experience preferred
